I was lucky enough to work with Caroline since joining the Department of Hispanic, Portuguese and Latin American Studies in 2014, though this was of course too short a period of time. She was always so warm and friendly, going above and beyond to look out for me and make sure I was okay as the new boy! She was an incredibly giving person, and this is not only clear in her approach to work, but also in her devotion to her family, friends and colleagues.
