I was so shocked to hear of Caroline’s passing. She was always such a warm, friendly and compassionate presence. I worked with her as Director of Teaching when she was School Education Director. She handled the business of the role and the bureaucracy with endless patience and care. I was always struck by her commitment to what was best for SML, and her selflessness in supporting colleagues. She will be much missed and I send my condolences to her family. I hope that the knowledge of how valued she was will be a comfort to them. Catherine O’Rawe
