My dear Caroline, I still can’t quite believe that you’re not with us anymore. I feel lucky to have met you, but wish we had had more time together. We were only starting to get to know each other and develop a friendship. I wanted you to meet my daughter Emma and partner Mark, and wanted us to meet Richard – someone very special to you whom you so often talked about that I feel I know him a little :) I miss you, and will always remember you with love and affection.
