I met Caroline one evening in 2012, we were leaving the School and heading home. We walked together and introduced each other... I had just lost my brother to an illness... I remember telling Caroline about my loss and deep sadness ... she listened to me with sympathy and genuine warmth which were two of her great qualities. Caroline was always very kind and supportive during the year that I taught Spanish for Business. She was always there when I needed to discuss something with her. I will always remember her smiling. Life is not kind or fair sometimes. Lovely people sometimes get taken too soon, and illness is indiscriminate. I feel very privileged to have known Caroline. I will always remember her. Beatriz
