I have visited Caroline (and Richard of course) in a professional capacity for many years, but such has been their warmth and friendliness that more time has been spent telling family news over good coffee and quality biscuits than in repairing their various appliances. Each and every visit to the home was always keenly anticipated. Caroline's care and interest in others has always been quickly apparent and her love for family unmistakable and special. I don't doubt that there will be many missing Caroline's friendship, love, and genuine, ready smile.
