Dear Caroline, I have been privileged with your friendship for more than 12 years. You were one of the nicest, kindest and most generous persons I have ever met. You also had a great sense of humour. It always baffled me (coming from another country) that you were always prepared to take with a smile (a no complaint at all) whatever life and work threw at you. You will be much missed.
